Mô tả công việc
• Proactively understand business needs and give the necessary support
• Contribute to engagement development program: stay in close contact with all levels in the organization, be aware of people needs and respond to it, actively participate in engagement activities implementation (various types of events organization, coordinate the communication cascade)
• Coordinate training & development processes: starting from on boarding programs, develop and implement annual training plans, coordinate blue collars functional training and re-training in close cooperation with production trainers and team leaders. Develop local trainers (for shop floor training)
• Assist in talent development process: talent development review cycle, individual development programs.
• Closely cooperate with department leaders and supervisors to get the feedback on development and future learning needs. Propose and initiate improvements in training & development process.
• Administrate the training & development data (on line in SF and in Excel)
• Contribute to behavioral safety training program (BeCare)
• Contribute to people strategy of the plant.
• Be ready to back up in other HR fields.
Yêu cầu
1. Trình độ học vấn/Education:
• Master/bachelor degree in economics/management/HR/psychology/sociology.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law

• High level of communication skills (both in Vietnamese and English), able to build connection with people, represent the company in professional manner, convince and engage others

3. Yêu cầu chuyên môn / Specific requirements:
• Kinh nghiệm/Job related experience: Candidate has experience minimum 4 years in similar position.
• English fluent
