1. Assist the general manager in the planning of human resources work, establish and implement recruitment, training, attendance, labor discipline and other personnel procedures or rules and regulations;

business development needs, coordinate and statistics of recruitment needs of various departments, prepare annual/monthly recruitment plans
3, do a good job of the job description, and according to the company's position adjustment team to make corresponding changes, to ensure that the job description is consistent with the actual;
5, establish and timely update employee files, do annual/monthly personnel transaction statistics;
(including resignation, entry, promotion, transfer, demotion, etc.)
6. Conducted training and assessment for employees in the probation period, and suggested the department to hire them according to the training and assessment results;
7. Assist in the formulation of departmental salary systems and programs, and establish effective incentive and restraint mechanisms;
8, responsible for the approval of staff grading, promotion, salary increase, reward and disciplinary action and internal deployment, transfer, transfer, dismissal and other procedures;
9. Handle other emergencies and work assigned by leaders.
Administrative aspects:

6. Responsible for the management of office supplies;
人力资源方面:
1、 协助总经理好人力资源工作的规划,建立、执行招聘、培训、考勤、劳动纪律等人事程序或规章制度;
2、根据业务发展需求,协调、统计各部门的招聘需求,编制年度/月度人员招聘计划
3、做好各岗位的职位说明书,并根据公司职位调整组要进行相应的变更,保证职位说明书与实际相符;
5、建立并及时更新员工档案,做好年度/月度人员异动统计;(包括离职、入职、晋升、调动、降职等)
6、对试用期员工进行培训及考核,并根据培训考核结果建议部门录用;
7、协助拟定部门薪酬制度和方案,建立行之有效的激励和约束机制;
8、负责报批员工定级、升职、加薪、奖励及纪律处分及内部调配、调入、调出、辞退等手续;
9、其他突发事件处理和领导交办的工作。
行政方面:
1、做好综合、协调各部门工作和处理日常事务;
2、负责公司通用规章制度的拟定、修改和编写工作,协助参与专用标准及管理制度的拟定、讨论、修改工作;对文件中的重要事项进行跟踪检查和督导,推进公司的管理;
3、搜集和了解各部门的工作动态,掌握全公司主要活动情况;
4、负责召集公司办公会议和其他有关会议,跟踪、检查、督促会议的贯彻实施;
5、监督执行规章制度和劳动纪律,处理员工奖惩事宜。
6、负责公司办公用品的管理;
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience;
2. Familiar with the six modules of human resources, received systematic training in human resources;
3. Cheerful personality, work patience, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, strong sense of teamwork, strong executive ability, can work under pressure;
4. Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, skilled in computer office software, PPT operation ability;
5. Logistics industry personnel work experience is preferred and large enterprise human resources work experience is preferred;
