Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: posting, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offers
• Administer structured onboarding and probationary review programs
• Build relationships with universities, agencies, and job fairs to maintain a strong talent pipeline
Performance Management & KPI Evaluation
• Lead KPI-setting and periodic review cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual) across all departments
• Train line managers on fair and objective performance appraisals
• Link KPI outcomes to compensation adjustments and incentive programs; manage PIPs as needed
Compensation, Benefits & HR Policy
• Research and recommend competitive compensation structures compliant with Vietnamese Labor Code
• Review and update HR policies; advise management on interpretation and consistent application
Employee Relations & Compliance
• Resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture
• Monitor legislative changes (Labor Code, Social Insurance, PIT, work permits) and ensure full compliance
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
• Oversee the HSE function, ensuring policies and procedures are implemented and maintained across all operations
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese occupational health and safety regulations
• Drive a proactive safety culture through regular audits, incident reporting, and corrective action follow-up
HRIS & Reporting
• Maintain HRIS data integrity; generate regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, and KPI performance
• Manage all employee lifecycle paperwork: new hires, promotions, salary changes, and separations
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FIE/EPE environment
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Code and HR compliance requirements
• Experience in KPI framework design and performance management systems
• Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English (written and spoken)
• Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is an asset
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and effective under pressure
