Mô tả công việc
1. Compensation & Benefits· Process monthly payroll, insurances, and realize company's policies on compensation and benefits for staff.· Prepare contract, personnel amendment or termination notice for local staff and expatriates.· Update to team/concerned people the changes or revision of C&B policies.2. Recruitment· Support HR Manager to review and adjust Job Description for all positons.· Conduct recruitment activities to ensure staffing levels are sufficient and in line with approved headcount planning and budget· Assist in recruitment activities under the supervision of HR Manager.· Assist the line managers and follow up the probation review process.3. Training & Performance Review· Conduct HR induction for new staff.· Support to review KPIs for all staff level.· Follow up and summarize the result of performance review in order to set up training plan.· Record Training and propose training needs.4. HR Administration · Maintain accurate record of annual leave, sick leave for all local staff and full time academic staff· Keep staff database in filing, both hard copy and soft copy· Prepare reports sending to local authorities concerned and coordinate with Social Insurance Department, DOLISA, Tax office, Immigration office, Justice Department regarding procedures for staff.· Maintain staff records (staff personal info, contract status, etc)· Implement employee benefits (loyalty recognition award, annual heath check, outing trips, staff events, etc)· Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR & Admin Manager.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration· At least 2-year experience in Human Resource (Experience to work in multi-national companies is a plus)· Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Vietnamese (IELTS 6.0 or above)· Proficiency in M.
S Office (Word, Excel, Power
