Mô tả công việc
1. Recruitment (60%)
In charge of full cycle recruitment activities in responding to employment requests.
Take action to improve recruitment quality to meet short & long term resources needs
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
Responsible for completion of employment documentations (collecting and checklist required personal documentations, offer letter, arranging first days for new hires, follow the probation period)
Ensure the accurate, update records and reports concerning to all phase of recruitment process.
Ensure proper logistic preparation to onboard new employees.
Work with relevant departments to arrange orientation training.
2. Employee engagement activities (30%)
Draft internal announcement about company activities/events.
Brainstorm ideas for internal activities to connect and engage all employees, improve employees' experience.
Set up and manage communication channels and employer branding.
Work with relevant departments for activities/events materials.
3. Other tasks (10%)
Assigned by direct manager

Yêu cầu
Have a Bachelor's degree.
At least01-02years of experience in recruitment.
Good in communication and negotiation skills, can communicate effectively at all levels.
Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
Being confident in working independently and under high pressure.
Good both spoken and written English & native Vietnamese.
