1. Human Organization Development Expert, You will play a critical role as an organizational development specialist, driving the design and implementation of scalable people frameworks to enhance workforce capability and support the company's long-term growth and transformation.
• Design and standardize competency frameworks, career pathways, and job architecture across the organization.
• Lead and implement organizational development initiatives, including capability assessment, talent pipeline development, and succession planning.
• Partner with HRBPs and L&D to identify capability gaps and deploy targeted learning and development programs.
• Advise on and execute organizational design and restructuring initiatives to optimize efficiency and align with business strategy.
• Develop and manage performance management frameworks (KPIs/OKRs), ensuring alignment between individual, team, and organizational goals.
• Drive initiatives to build a high-performance, purpose-driven culture and enhance overall employee experience.
• Contribute to HR transformation projects, including digital HR and people analytics initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze workforce data (capability, performance, engagement) to generate actionable insights and continuous improvement plans.
• Ensure all organizational development practices comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HRBP, C&B, Legal, and Shared Services to enhance HR processes and resolve complex organizational challenges.
2. HRBP Expert, you will act as a strategic HR advisor for key business units (Operations, Tech, Supply Growth, Back Office, etc.). You will ensure that HR solutions align with business growth, support organizational transformation, and foster a high-performance and purpose-driven culture.
- Partner with
business leaders to design and execute people strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and HR policy implementation.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and L&D teams to attract, assess, and develop key talents.
- Support career path development, competency mapping, and succession planning
- Guide performance management processes (KPIs, OKRs), and drive initiatives to improve productivity and motivation.
- Embed Xanh SM's values and sustainability-driven culture across teams and regions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Work with Shared Services, C&B, and Legal to improve HR processes and resolve complex employee issues.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, performance trends) to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in an HRBP/ OD or organizational advisory role.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Experience in a fast-growing environment (mobility, logistics, tech, FMCG, etc.) is a strong plus.
