Mô tả công việc
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
• Lead recruitment efforts across functions and countries, including stores and HQ.
• Build employer branding and talent pipelines to support business growth.
• Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and succession plans.
2. Learning & Performance Development
• Design onboarding, skills training, and leadership development programs.
• Implement performance evaluation systems (KPI/OKRs) and support coaching processes.
• Align individual growth plans with organizational needs and goals
3. Culture, Engagement & Internal Communication
• Promote company values and drive initiatives to build a strong, inclusive culture.
• Organize engagement programs (surveys, events, recognition, team rituals).
• Maintain open communication channels between teams and leadership.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Reward Systems
• Develop salary bands, incentive programs, and benefits packages across countries.
• Coordinate closely with Finance for payroll, budgeting, and equity.
• Ensure internal fairness and market competitiveness in total rewards.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
• Oversee HR administration: contracts, time-off, employee records, and HRIS.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in all operating markets.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding and support daily HR service delivery.
6. Office Administration & Support Services
• Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities.
• Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, company events, and travel.
• Maintain smooth day-to-day office operations and general administrative support.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR & Legal management positions, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• Experience in HR development and recruitment in international markets such as Cambodia, Thailand, and Singapore,... is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and related regulations.
• Proficient in HR management software and office software tools.
• Proficiency in English communication is a must
• Ability to lead and manage HR teams, make strategic decisions and manage effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Good presentation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
• Skills in resolving conflicts and building positive labor relations.
• Ability to organize and coordinate HR activities.
• Ability to analyze and make data-driven decisions.
