Mô tả công việc
1. Planning
Prepare forecast and retention; follow up budgets for personnel operations.
Maintain and compile personnel-related data.
Monitor the implementation of recruitment and selection process, co-ordinate with Dept. Managers or upper level management in selection and hiring.
2. Recruitment
Manage; ensure recruitment plan, candidates' quantities and qualities.
Build and improve potential candidates.
3. HR Compliance
Manage team to make sure all services are provided effectively.

2. Training and development
Design and conduct suitable training plants, improve employees' skills.
Provide HR Basic skills training to factory manager and team-leaders about Company policies and procedures, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits, health and safety programs...
3. Performance management
Co-ordinate with Dept. Managers and BOD to build up and implement Company performance management system for management level and staff level.
Resolve personnel-related problems.
Coordinate to establish company policies, regulations, handbook and SOPs relating to business operations for the company.
Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure
compliance with legal requirements.
4. Employee relations
Serve as a link between management and employees, helping resolve work-related problems such as contracts, legal compliance issues, labor laws, etc.
5. Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu
1. Education
Bachelor degree on Human Resource Management, BA, Economy, English.
2. Experience
At least 05 years of experience in similar positions. Prioritized candidates who professional in Labor Law.
3. Language skills
Fluent English proficiency.
4. IT skill
Strong computer and technical skills.
