About The Role
As a permanent and full time Human Resources Manager, you will work from our Ho Chi Minh office, where you will be responsible for implementing our People strategy in Vietnam and Philippines. This involves leading the Talent & Culture operations for our team of more than 80 employees, who span across Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Manila. Reporting to the Sydney based Vice President of Talent & Culture, you will be part of a regional team that spans Asia Pacific.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Delivering HR projects for Vietnam, Philippines and the wider Asia Pacific region
• Work closely with the leadership team, providing support, advice and coaching
• Ensure compliance with employment laws/regulations and company policies
• Assisting with the full employee journey from recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance, engagement, remuneration, learning, grievances, as well as reporting and general administration

About You
The successful candidate will be a seasoned HR Manager, who is interested in joining a global team. Eligible candidate must have the following, in order to be considered for the role:·
- Have at least 2 years experience as an HR Manager
- High level understanding of local Vietnam legislation and regulations Philippines knowledge is advantageous
- Advanced English (both wrritten & verbal)
- Experience in a multinational organization
- Good understanding of HRIS systems.
