Building the HRGA department from scratch.
Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organisational objectives.
Set up, develop and manage the compensation and benefits programs to ensure relevancy and competitiveness.
Payroll and social security management
Employment contract management
Manage the company's general administration
Ensure the company operates in-line with applicable labour laws and regulations
Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and c-suite talent acquisition by working closely with Talent Specialist.
Working closely with Country Manager to shaping the company in HR's topics related.
Creating and managing the HR department's annual budget
Yêu cầu
Minimum 3 years experience
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
Previous start-up or department building experience
Experience in Cosmetic & Nutrition is preferable.
Experience in E-commerce business in previous employment.
BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
