Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in HR Manager position, experiences in recruitment (especially in Accounting, Auditing & Finance, Mass Recruitment)
- Having a solid knowledge of: Human Resources Management, Talent Development and Employee Relations
- Have a good knowledge of labor law
- Fluent in English. Knowing other foreign languages is an advantage
- Communication and presentation skills
- Interview and training skills
- A strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office applications
