Personnel Management & Labor Relations:
Manage recruitment processes, including probation and contract administration.
Facilitate employee performance evaluations.
Administer commendation and disciplinary actions.
Process employee transfers, appointments, and separations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and implement appropriate disciplinary actions.
Manage employee leave requests.
Address employee concerns and contribute to a positive work environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Generate accurate monthly personnel reports for management review.
Accurately process payroll and maintain detailed attendance records.
Administer employee insurance programs.
Implement and manage employee welfare activities, including visitations for significant life events.
Develop and execute programs that enhance employee well-being.
Recruitment, Training & Administration:
Support full-cycle recruitment processes.
Coordinate and support employee training and development initiatives.
Provide general administrative support.
Other Duties:
Complete tasks as assigned by the CEO or
HR Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on payroll and compensation & benefits management.
Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, talent management, compensation, benefits, and social insurance regulations.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills required) and Google Workspace.
