Education: University degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related fields.
Experiences:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 02 years in supervisory role and solid, well-rounded understanding of HR functions, especially Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
- Experience in manufacturing industries is required.
- Experience in using Workday systems is a plus.
- Experience in project management is a plus.

- Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes and assist managers with employee evaluations.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, coordinate welfare events and foster a positive workplace environment; Champion employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
