[THIS POSITION WILL BASE IN VINH YEN - VINH PHUC PROVINC
Primary role:
Responsible for the establishment of the company training system, to devise the training plan, and in charge of carrying out the various training activities. Also, in charge of recruitment and resignations of employees.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the
HR Manager to take charge of the management and supervision of the training of staff of different administrative levels.
• Analyse the training needs according to the company's policy and tackle problems about management & service.
• Organize & coordinate the company's and department's yearly/monthly training work.
• Complete the monthly BSC report.
• Organize and take charge of the various staff activities.
• Maintain and update the announcement boards.
• Maintain a good relationship with the training centres and educational institutions.
• Examine, approve and revise the training materials.
• Develop relatable and useful training programmes for staff.
• Responsible for the recruitment, resignation and transfer of staff.
• Responsible for auditing the staff attendance, holidays & leaves.
• Responsible for the management of staff probation & evaluation.
• Provide employees with their name card and working card.
• Facilitate the signing of contracts with staff
• Assist with the P&P of the HR.
• Filing of staff's documents (eg. Health Certifications, etc)
