Area Sales ManagerYou will experience:
Master Frontline: Gain deep market immersion by mastering execution excellence and customer engagement across both On-trade and Off-trade channels.
Empowering Team Leadership: Step into a supervisory role to manage team performance and navigate real-time operational challenges in the field.
Strategic Territory Management: Take full ownership of a business area, preparing to independently lead and drive growth for a strategic commercial region
You'll be supported by structured training, hands-on coaching, and periodical assessments - ensuring you're ready to lead from the front, with impact and confidence.
OUR SELECTION PROCESS

The Aptitude Test (May-June): Shortlisted candidates will complete an online assessment.

Group Assessment (July): Showcase your ability on tackling a case study together with a group or individual.
Deep-Dive Interview (July): A comprehensive discussion to assess your potential, competencies, and readiness to take on the responsibilities of the program.
Offer and Onboarding (August - September): Successful candidates will receive an official offer and begin your journey with HEINEKEN Vietnam, supported by a structured onboarding experience.
