Mô tả công việc
Develop, implement, and maintain the hotel's Food Safety Management System (FSMS), ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety regulations.
Conduct regular food safety and hygiene inspections, audits, and operational checks across all food receiving, storage, preparation, and service areas.
Maintain accurate and audit-ready food safety documentation, records, corrective actions, training files, and compliance reports.
Coordinate food safety training, coaching, and awareness programs for Culinary, Food & Beverage, and other relevant associates.
Monitor non-conformities, drive corrective actions, and work closely with department leaders to continuously improve food safety and hygiene standards.
Support sustainability initiatives related to food waste reduction, sanitation practices, responsible sourcing, and environmental compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure operational readiness for inspections, audits, licensing requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu
Previous experience in Food Safety, Hygiene, Quality Assurance, or a similar role within a hotel, resort, food service, or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and relevant food safety standards, preferably ISO 22000.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication, training, and coaching skills with the ability to influence and engage teams across departments.
Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach with strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and relevant food safety standards, preferably ISO 22000.
