Mô tả công việc
1. IC: (30%)
● Communication:
o Manage internal communication channels: publish news, create content, and create
image sources
o Drafting communication emails for various departments of the company upon request
o Contribute new ideas, new forms of internal communication
● Internal events:
o Track and plan regular events according to the annual media plan
o Support participation in company activities
● Administration:
o Support the management of IC and L&OD
2. L&OD: (70%)
● Coordinate with Leadership of all functions to develop a training plan to meet business
objectives
● Maintain and update existing e-learning materials in accordance with Sendo business needs
● Manage internal Portal (internal system) to ensure all training schedules are up to date and
employee training records are accurate
● Provide reports/analysis related to learning & development as well as managing evaluation
of course delivery, pre/post training course & training hour records
● Participate in the design, development, and implementation of industry training initiatives and
programs for audiences throughout the firm
● Source & contract venues (Event/ Training,..), including negotiating terms & conditions
● Comprehensive support of the training event organization as well as planning, organizing &
communicating with relevant stakeholders
● Related duties as directed by manager, or as required to support the team
Yêu cầu
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business discipline (preferred)
● At least 4 years of training, IC-L&OD experience.
● Age under 30, open mindset, good at soft skill
● Can work under stressful conditions
● Possess critical thinking and analytical skills.
● Build a report using the Excel/Power BI/Google worksheet.
● Good organizational & presentation skills and excellent training.
● Skills in analyzing training needs and drafting good course plans.
● Communication skills, building good relationships.
● Agile, dynamic, and outgoing.
● Prioritize the use of basic design software (canvas/ai...)
