1. Process optimization and productivity enhancement
• Productivity enhancement in manufacturing
o Manage efficiency improvement initiatives by analyzing current methods, enhancing through new methods or improving through new technology
o Improve productivity through proper incentive scheme
o Drive, execute and roll out automation
• Process and layout optimization
o Plan, design and develop layout with streamline workflow to maximize utilization of factory and manufacturing facilities
o Analyze and redesign workflow, as well as re-engineer workstation to improve productivity, reduce waste and enhance efficiency
• Resources management
o Optimize the allocation of materials, equipment, and machines to minimize costs
o Ensure equal work distribution, accurate manpower allocation to reduce excess manpower
• Data analysis
o Utilize statistical methods to evaluate production processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
2. Manage innovation & continuous improvement culture & Standardization
• Manage project, lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional team on continuous improvement projects in achieving business result
• Initiate necessary studies, research & comparisons for appropriate proposal in terms of new machinery, equipment, methodology, system & technology
• Drive and embrace innovation in operations, develop and study better operation workflow and technology
• Continuously drive in SAM improvements and reduction
• Building Kaizen culture, develop best practice sharing platform and encourage sharing and adoption across the organization
• Establish and maintain manufacturing production model
3. Training and development
• Establish the annual goals, operating plan and budget plan, result measurements, resources allocation, conduct progress review for the department and demonstrate good judgment to identify the right focusing areas
• Oversee department workload and its executions and provide direction and guidance to all operational problems
• Delivering IE mind-set and culture
• Develop and upgrade skillsets of team
Yêu cầu
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Technical or Textile or Garment
2. Years of work experience: Minimum 8 years of work experience (Prefer managerial experience)
3. Technical skills:
- Functional Expertise
Knowledge in Industrial Engineering or other leading technology to enhance productivity
Solid experience in project management
Understanding in system logic

4. Languagues: Prefer well spoken and written English
5. Other requirements:
- GSD license holder or knowledge in CMT, SAM, SMV calculation
- Black Belt of Lean Manufacturing is an advantage
- Advance Excel, PowerPoint / Slides, Power BI
