Mô tả công việc
* Import/ Export operation
- Prepare documents and import/export procedures
- Contact with service provider and execute import/export procedures before packaging
- Check and supervise documents before sending to customers, contact with customers.
- Contact with global freight, update the situation, time and routes to make sure the goods will be provided to customers on time.
- Monitor and create plan for import/export based on demand.
* Import/ Export procedure
- Prepare documents for customs
- Work with freight to make sure the goods are delivered on time to the warehouse
- Work with suppliers to handle problems regarding to the goods (if any)
- Other tasks of import/export department
- Job details will be discussed during interview
Yêu cầu
- Contact with customer via email in English
- At least 2 year working experience in preparing import/export documents.
- Experience in manufacturing, garments, trading or apparel industry is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret all internal/external Import & Export documents
- Understand well the operations of import/ export
- Fast learner, honest and can handle job actively
- Using well ECUS5 -VNACCS software, outlook, microsoft office....
- Understand about the procedures and report for yearly report
