Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Import - Export Executive (Mechanical, $800, ID21150)
Responsible for managing the entire import and export process for all goods and machinery imported into or exported from Vietnam in a timely and efficient manner, while ensuring full compliance with Customs regulations and import/export requirements.
Ensure compliance with all reporting obligations applicable to an FDI enterprise and export manufacturing facility when working with authorities, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee customs import procedures handled by logistics service providers and coordinate the preparation and submission of all required documentation for Tax and Customs audits.
Support the selection and coordination of business partners and service providers related to transportation, customs declaration, and import/export operations.
Perform additional duties and assignments as requested by the manager.
Requirement
Female candidates under 35 years old
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing factories related to the automotive, mechanical engineering, or motor industries; candidates from import-export service companies with experience supporting these sectors are also preferred
Strong knowledge of import documentation and customs-related procedures; careful, detail-oriented, and highly responsible at work
Good English communication skills, especially for email correspondence and daily workplace communication
