At this position, you will lead Logistics team and be in charge of import and export activities regarding customs clearance, and all document preparation and filing
and providing the reporting as requested
• Handle import shipments on time and accurately, the team has been instructed to collaborate closely with related departments (Oversea logistic & purchase, suppliers, local team, etc.).
• Handle export shipments on time and accurately, the team has been instructed to collaborate closely with related departments (customer, production forwarders, etc.).
• Team members are given instructions to accurately and on time prepare and submit shipping and payment documents to forwarders and customers.
• Have solid knowledge of customs regulations to act in accordance with them and perform well when dealing with them.
• Control all shipping costs, labor costs, and other logistic/SCM team activities rigorously.
Yêu cầu
• University graduation
• Over min 5-7 years working experience in Logistics/ Customs department of manufacturing.
• Leadership.
• Good knowledge of customs area and export procedure.
• Good communication of English Or Chinese
• Have good knowledge and experience of customs software, other systems.
