The Import/Export Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the import/export operations of pharmaceutical products. This role involves tracking and controlling product files, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining customer relationships, and optimizing costs. The executive will also handle import/export procedures, document preparation, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product File Management:
· Monitor and control product-related work and files.
· Verify the accuracy and effectiveness of activities and files related to bidding, import/export operations.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify potential new customers.
Risk Management and Cost Optimization:
· Manage risks associated with import/export operations.
· Optimize costs to ensure efficient operations.
Import/Export Procedures:
· Execute import/export procedures for pharmaceutical products.
· Prepare and verify import/export documents.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment status and update relevant information.
Collaboration with Internal Departments:
· Work with relevant departments to complete product registration and importation processes.
· Assist with ordering and tracking product imports.
Financial Coordination: Collaborate with the accounting department to finalize payment procedures.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficient in English for professional communication.
Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with commercial law and trade promotion regulations.
Understanding of the business environment and the role of relationships in business.
Experience in the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or trade sectors.
Strong skills in planning, organizing work, data analysis, teamwork, and situation handling.
