Mô tả công việc
* Position To which Person Reports:
Supply chain Manager
* Major Responsibilities And Authority:
1. Handle all activities related to Material, Equipment, Product import & export.
2. Coordinate Vietnam import & export related government departments, coordinate I/E vendors or agencies.
3. To coordinate with purchasing and finance department for shipping schedule and tax related.
4. To prepare I/E related documents and approvals.
5. Handle all Vietnam domestic logistic issues.
6. I/E schedule control.
7. To arrange domestic ground logistic to customer warehouse.
8. Do refund Tax and liquidation
9. Other tasks arranged by direct manager or General Director from time to time.
Yêu cầu
* Experience Required:
1. At least 1 - 3 year of experience in Import-Export position.
2. Be familiar with the customs clearance and purchasing process.
3. Be able to operate computer office software
4. Flexible and positive ability to CO-operate with involved functions and colleagues
5. Have experience about refund Tax and liquidation process
* Knowledge's Skills And Abilities:
1. English speaking & writing is required
2. Good knowledge of local import & export regulation
3. Must be capable of communication efficiency with supplier& customer
4. Negotiation skills and team work
