Mô tả công việc
1. Translation, Editing and Proofreading
- Overall responsibility for translating, proofreading, editing and formatting translation documents to ensure the quality of translation document
- Liaising with clients to discuss any unclear points
2. Administration
- Work with translation providers to ensure on-time delivery with standards and high quality of translation documents
- Keep customer informed about project status
- Learn and apply technical terminologies in English and Vietnamese
- Form a high-quality pool of technical translators and consultants
- Keep confidential information
- Assist Project Manager and other Bridge SE in processing project.
- Follow-up the schedule on test tool to ensure proper update and record;
- Providing quotations for translation services offered
- Networking and making contacts.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 04-05 years' experience with translation project management.
- Must be proficient in English in order to reading material and rewriting document. Ability to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used
- Must have ability of using Translation Memory software such as Word-fast, MemoQ, across, SDL Trados, Transit NXT
- Researching legal, technical and scientific phraseology to find the correct translation
- Prioritizing work to meet deadlines
- Providing quotations for translation services offered
- Fluency between English and Vietnamese- Using the internet and email as research tools throughout the translation process

- Knowledge of localization
- Networking and making contacts.
