Mô tả công việc
Assist in creating and customizing tour itineraries based on client preferences and needs.
Coordinate with local suppliers, hotels, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of tours.
Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, professional responses.
Manage bookings, reservations, and follow up on confirmations.
Support the Senior Tour Operator & Manager in executing tours and events, including logistics, transportation, and activities.
Monitor and update tour schedules, ensuring all services are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing travel documents and maintaining client databases.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Vietnam's travel destinations, cultural sites, and activities.
Ensure compliance with SEA QUEEN TRAVEL & EVENTS' standards and values.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience in a similar role or in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Passion for travel, cultural exchange, and customer service.
Knowledge of Vietnam's tourism destinations and local culture.
Experience in a similar role or in the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
