WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SEO - 80% (Primary Responsibility)
- Build and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multi-brand environments (technical, on-page, off-page, keyword strategy, link-building directions).
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitive analysis, content direction planning (content will be written by freelancers).
- Lead technical SEO audits and improvements: site architecture, indexing, page speed, schema, UX signals.
- Collaborate with content writers, web developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented consistently.
- Monitor performance through Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs... and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize based on new ranking signals and AI-driven search changes (e.g., SGE, zero-click SERPs, conversational queries).
2. Paid Advertising - 20%
- Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns targeting B2B segments.
- Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) with performance-oriented KPIs.
- Build campaign structures, keyword/bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Track ROI and generate reports with clear optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align ads performance with funnel conversion goals.
3. Collaboration
- Mentor and provide training junior marketers in SEO, PPC, and analytics.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure aligned performance strategy.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Mandatory experience in B2B marketing, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, consulting, or other B2B service-based industries.
- Proven experience developing SEO strategies for international markets, with a focus on organic traffic growth and B2B lead generation.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush and/or Ahrefs.
- Strong written English skills.
