Industrialization Leader - Footwear Brand - Hai Phong

The qualified candidate will act as a bridge between the brand design team and the factory in making the design concept come to real life and workable in the bulk production.
Description
The main roles and responsibilities are:
* Work with the brand Design & Development Team and factories in translating from design concept into a workable production plan, from Tech Pack till Buy Ready.
* Ensuring the brand expectations on Fit, Performance, Quality, Pattern/ Grading, Cost and commercial feasibility are met from development to bulk production.
* Foresee and assist to resolve potential quality problem in development to bulk production.
* Ensuring the Seasonal Development Time-line is followed.
* Reviewing Design-Packs, Samples and BOMs.
* Support the selection of raw materials.
* Monitoring 1st production of new models in factory.
Profile
The ideal candidates are having:
* Bachelor Degree and above in related fields.
* More than 8 years experience in footwear manufacturing.
* Strong understanding of the footwear products creation and manufacturing process.
* Good understanding of raw material and sourcing compliance issues.
* Good understanding of Factory and Supplier time lines.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player and result oriented.
* Good command of written and spoken in English.
* Proactive, able to work independently, good time management and able to meet time-line with quality output under pressure.
* Good understanding of quality management tools and processes
