Job summary
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing complex IT projects that support our manufacturing operations, business applications, and digital transformation initiatives. You will serve as the strategic bridge between IT, shop-floor operations, and corporate business units, ensuring technology projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with maximum operational value.
Key responsibility
End-to-End Governance: Lead the end-to-end execution of IT projects (from initiation to post implementation review) using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).-
Scope & Resource Planning: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
Risk & Change Management: Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage change requests without disrupting manufacturing operations.
Educational background: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
5+ years of direct experience managing IT projects within a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment.
Proven track record of managing enterprise application projects (e.g., MES, ERP, WMS, Quality Systems, PLM) and cross-functional IT/OT integrations.
Demonstrated experience balancing technical requirements with business and operational uptime priorities
Good English communication

Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to non-technical operational personnel.
Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical mindset with a calm approach to troubleshooting project roadblocks in fast-paced operational environments
