Information Technology Project Manager

You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery as well managing the release of multiple team's features to production.
To ideal candidate is someone that thrives at managing complex stakeholder relationships and programs involving many cross-function teams onshore and offshore. You will work closely with senior technology leads, product owners and other project managers in Vietnam and Australia.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project integration management: ensure project planning, execution & controls are properly integrated.
Project communications management: provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and issues and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations.
Change management: ensure an effective change management plan is developed ensuring that the required change date is achieved.
Benefits management: facilitate delivery of the business outcomes and to enable the project sponsor to realise return on investment.
Knowledge management: adhere and contribute to knowledge management objectives and processes. Ensure knowledge harvesting occurs at all appropriate phases of the project
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Must-have:
7+ years of Project Management experience
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams both onshore and offshore
Experience managing complex digital products (e.g. Online Banking, large digital projects)
Strong stakeholder management experience - raise and resolve blockers from the Vietnam team with onshore stakeholders;
Technically competent with various software programs like Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio & Sharepoint, JIRA, Confluence
Ability to manage financials and project plans
Strong leadership and motivational skills and ability to present and negotiate with senior stakeholders
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong background in Java technologies and modern software engineering practices.
Nice to Have:
Experience in Agile methodologies and ability to apply in practice
Experience working in large enterprise organisations e.g. banking
Exposure to Infrastructure and Cloud technologies
Tertiary Degree in Finance, Banking or Accounting from a recognised institution is preferred.
Post-graduate qualification is desirable
