Develop, promote and sale ingredients to customers
Responsible for marketing, sales, increasing the revenue of the assigned product portfolio or the in-charge areas
Prepare business goals for assigned product categories and areas of responsibility
Coordinate with supervisors/managers to achieve the set goals.
Coordinate with supervisors/managers and other relevant departments to ensure good inventory and debt levels
Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Directly participating in negotiations for large contracts, framework agreements, and pricing policies. Nurturing and building sustainable relationships with strategic and major clients
Market Development and Channel Expansion: Seeking new business opportunities, expanding the corporate customer network, and researching competitors to adjust strategies accordingly
Employee Training and Development: Providing B2B sales skills training, product knowledge, and negotiation skills training to subordinate staff.

Graduated from College/University with majors in Food Technology/ Biotechnology,[protected info] relevant
1 - 3 years of B2B sales experience is required; experience working in companies related to food ingredients, dairy production,[protected info] an advantage
Good in English communication and writing.
Good in using Microsoft office
Enthusiastic, dynamic, capable of teamwork and independent work.
Good organization and planning skills
Resourceful, reliable and able to work to tight deadlines.
Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Salary & Benefits:
Competitive fixed salary.
Lunch allowance: 50,000 VND/day from Monday to Friday (lunch at the company).
Parking allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
Fuel allowance: 800,000 VND/month.
Phone allowance: 300,000 VND/month.
Incentives
13th-month salary bonus.
Year-end performance bonus: 1 - 2 months' salary (subject to the Company's business performance)
Full salary during 60-day probation period.
Full salary-based social insurance, accident insurance during probation, and Bảo Việt health insurance after signing the labor contract.
Annual leave: 17 - 19 days/year.

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Friday), half-day on Saturdays.
