Mô tả công việc
JOB PURPOSE:
To turn qualitative and quantitative data into meaningful insights, which is instrumental in strengthening Sanofi Vietnam understanding of our patients' needs and will enhance the decision making process of both management and business units (marketing and sales teams). Data sources will come from internal and external sources and from primary and secondary research. This person will work as a team contributor as well as owning individual projects.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• To convert (analyse and integrate) large data into a comprehensive and insightful story to support management and marketing/sales team to make the appropriate business decision
• To support business units building robust business cases and brand review reports.
• To provide ad hoc analysis to board of management and business units (MKT, NPD, BD, Strategy Planning teams) when required.
• Be reponsiple for secondary research (IMS Audit, Sanisphere, PGI etc.) in term of agency communication, reporting stage and advance analysis.

JOB- HOLDER REQUIREMENTS
Background (education & experience)
o Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
o Relevant experience: 4-5 years in quantitative market research, business analysis for finance, banking or consultancy firms or ever held position of strategic planning in advertising agency, business development, or brand management
Skills & competencies
o Skills
- Mandatory: Able to read and inteprete both qualitative and quantitative data and analytical techniques; Experience with Excel, Access and PowerPoint;
- Beneficial: project management; strategic planning; able to use SPSS; experience with VBA code in Excel and Access.
Core competencies: Self-motivated and driven; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); Problem solving skills; Strong attention to details; Work under pressure; Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across organizations to achieve goals.
