Primary Objectives
• Manage customer's accounts.
• Opening new accounts for clients.
• Execute trades following customer's requests. Proactively source flows for clients.
Main responsibilities
• Execute equity trades for institutional clients, ensuring best execution, tight spreads, and minimal market impact.
• Utilize trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg) to efficiently manage order flow.
• Monitor market movements, news, macroeconomic data, and factors affecting basket trading to provide timely market updates, assessments, trade ideas, investment opportunities, and appropriate liquidity solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients, acting as a trusted trading partner and gaining a deep understanding of their investment objectives and portfolio strategies.
• Support clients throughout the account opening process and assist in resolving any issues or requests that arise.
• Collaborate with institutional sales to approach and support potential clients, contributing to the expansion of the company's trading market share.
• Work closely with institutional sales, research, risk, compliance, and other internal teams to optimize trading outcomes and deliver effective solutions for clients.
• Assist in addressing client needs or issues escalated through the customer service or account management teams.
• Ensure all trading activities comply fully with legal regulations, internal risk management policies, and the company's transparency standards.
• Prepare and complete periodic reports and other assigned reporting tasks.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education level
• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Securities, Finance, Banking, etc.
• Securities Brokerage Practice Certificate is required.
• CFA certificates is priority.
2. Knowledge & Experience
• Have knowledge in Securities and Finance industries.
• Minimum 01-02 years of experience in the finance/banking industry. Candidates with experience in brokerage are preferred.
3. Technical skills
• Solid understanding of financial products related to the trading scope (equities, ETFs, fixed income, etc.), including market structure, product characteristics, liquidity behavior, price formation, and order execution mechanisms. Able to apply this knowledge to support effective trade execution and provide relevant insights to institutional clients.
• Ability to interpret market data, understand fundamental pricing concepts, assess liquidity, and read key trading signals.
• Capable of evaluating and anticipating market trends based on macroeconomic developments, order flow dynamics, supply-demand conditions, and real-time trading data to support execution decisions and enhance client servicing .
• Experience with trading system includes Bloomberg terminal, Omgeo, Horizon and Microsoft office users.
4. Soft skills
• High standards of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (including English proficiency).
• Ability to persuade and make fast, accurate, and confident decisions in dynamic market conditions.
• Able to withstand high pressure and remain calm in high stress trading situations.
• Ability to work in teams and work independently.
• Good business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
