Mô tả công việc
I. Job Summary:
• The key purpose is to manage the operation and performance of the Insurance Unit while still maintaining the quality of customer service, compliance and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure target achievement of Insurance Unit to be well-delivered within its budget, insurance policies and SVFC's Core Values.
• Seek business growth opportunity and manage additional responsibilities/projects assigned.
• Create an integrity, positive working environment.
• Report directly to Department Head from time to time.
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop strategies to drive both life and non-life insurance to meet the business objectives.
2. Ensure cost management to be controlled effectively, including cost of operation and workforce.
3. Ensure all requirement, regulations from SVFC/Law/Regulators to be updated and applied properly and promptly.
4. Proactively cooperate with relevant Departments/Divisions, especially Product Development to come up with new insurance products to serve more customer segments and Partnership expansion as well.
5. Strengthen relationship with Insurance Partnerships.
6. Proactively to initiate, execute and manage marketing programs and retention strategies in line with business objectives and regulations.
7. Support to all other departments in term of insurance operations.
8. Proactively join the process of setting up/improving insurance technology system to enhance work performance and effectiveness.
9. Ensure that project/unit/department milestones/goals to be well-delivered and adhering to the approved budgets.
10. Setting KPI and Goal for staff to be in line with business requirement and the approved budget.
11. Take main responsibility for recruiting, training, and coaching staff.
12. Other Assignments by Line Manager from time to time.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification: University graduated or higher degree in insurance major. If such degree is not available, a university degree or higher in another major and an insurance certificate according to regulations of the Ministry of Finance (MOF) can be used as an alternative.
2. Work Experience: At least 6-8 years of working experience in the fields of finance, banking, and insurance.
3. Knowledge: Deep knowledge in: Insurance, Finance, Banking.
