The Integration Manager is responsible for ensuring the overall technical, functional and operational integration of the railway project. The role ensures that disciplines, systems, infrastructure components and operational requirements are developed and delivered as a coherent and fully integrated railway system, in accordance with functional, performance, safety, operational and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and manage the overall Systems Integration and Technical Integration strategy.
Define and maintain the project integration framework, processes and governance.
Ensure consistency between technical disciplines and project packages.
Coordinate integration of civil works, stations, depot, trackwork, railway systems, MEP, signalling, telecommunications, power supply, rolling stock and operational systems.
Ensure system requirements are correctly translated into design and contractual requirements.
Coordinate system and functional requirements management.
Ensure technical interfaces are identified and managed in coordination with the Interface Manager.
Review and coordinate multidisciplinary design to ensure overall system consistency.
Identify integration risks, technical gaps and inconsistencies.
Lead resolution of complex multidisciplinary technical issues affecting overall system performance.
Ensure operational and maintenance requirements are considered throughout design and implementation.
Coordinate system integration during construction, testing and commissioning.
Establish and monitor the testing, integration testing and commissioning strategy.
Ensure safety, RAMS, cybersecurity and operational requirements are properly integrated.
Coordinate system demonstrations, testing and trial operations where required.
Assess the impact of changes to one system or package on other systems and project components.
Provide technical integration advice to the Project Director and senior management.
Coordinate with the Interface Manager to ensure critical interfaces are resolved before affecting design, construction or commissioning.
Review and challenge technical solutions to ensure overall project optimisation.
Support the Client in ensuring the final railway system is fit for purpose, operationally coherent and ready for revenue service.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in railway engineering, systems engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering or related discipline.
Typically 5-10 years of experience in major railway / metro projects.
Significant experience in railway systems integration or multidisciplinary project integration.
Proven experience coordinating complex railway systems and infrastructure interfaces.
Strong understanding of railway architecture, systems engineering and operational requirements.
Experience with requirements management, system integration, testing and commissioning.
Experience working with multiple contractors and railway system suppliers.
Strong leadership and coordination skills, with ability to influence multidisciplinary teams without direct line management authority.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Excellent command of English Fluent in Vietnamese.
