Mô tả công việc
As the Interior Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our construction business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead & manage the full cycle of construction activities, including:
• Engineering: Review design feasibility and ensure technical compliance
• Procurement: Coordinate material sourcing and subcontractor selection
• Site Execution: Ensure high standards in site safety, quality, and schedule
• Project Management: Monitor progress, risk, and cost control across all projects
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: Design, Sales, and Cost Control to ensure seamless project delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors
- Recruit, train, and develop the construction team to achieve operational excellence
- Continuously improve construction systems, processes, and performance metrics
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet DBPLUS's quality standards
Yêu cầu
- Proven experience (10+ years) in interior fit-out or construction management, including senior leadership roles
- Solid understanding of technical construction drawings, materials, and execution
- Strong project management, leadership, and people development skills
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
