Internal Communications Executive

Job Description:
Communications (60%):
Lead the execution of ZEE's branding strategy, ensuring consistent brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
Create and oversee external communications, including press releases, speeches, and media responses; act as the company's spokesperson when required.
Monitor media trends and communication performance, providing recommendations to optimize brand impact.
Develop and manage content strategies for ZEE's digital platforms, including the TikTok channel
Internal events (40%):
Collaborate with the Creative team to develop concepts & communications for internal events and employer branding initiatives
Plan and execute internal engagement programs, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, event logistics.
Lead internal communications to align employees with key company messages through newsletters, announcements and presentations.
Job Requirements:
BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
Proven at least 1 year of experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communication, or a similar role
Familiarity with basic Canva, Capcut, Adobe is a plus
Creativity and problem-solving attitude, attention to details
Ability to work well under pressure
