Internation Business Director (For ONLY Singaporeans)

OBJECTIVES:
- Formulate a business expansion strategy, and organize and run the business of the worthwhile system.
- Manage and be responsible for all business results of the franchise chain of coffee shops with the King Coffee brand system throughout the worthwhile, ensuring the highest efficiency.
- To build the franchise chain of coffee shops according to AOP and break event point P&L Trung Nguyen International.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Business Strategy Planning:
- Coordinating with the Project Management Department, taking participating in making strategies to expand and deploy consistent systems across the global franchise chain of coffee shops.
- Orientation of business activities for the system which is consistent throughout the worthwhile.
B. Setting up a new franchise chain of coffee shops with the King Coffee brand:
- The direction of conceptual for the franchise chain of coffee shops.
- Make a detailed plan to deploy the franchise chain of coffee shops.
- Coordinate with Regional Manager to make a detailed plan for setting up the franchise chain of coffee shops, including marketing strategy, sales, product, price, customers.
- Making cost estimates for investment, operating costs, sales volume, and profit/loss for the operation of the franchise chain of coffee shops with the King Coffee brand system.
C. Operational management of the franchise chain of coffee shops with King Coffee brand system:
- Responsible for all business results of the franchise chain of coffee system.
- Organize the detailed operation of the franchise chain of coffee shops system, ensuring strict control of the budget, revenue, and operating costs of the franchise chain of coffee shops system to achieve the highest efficiency.
- Set up sales strategies, optimize revenue, and minimize costs.
- Organize detailed activities for the operation of the franchise chain of coffee shops, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the committed process and time.
D. Marketing strategy proposal:
- Coordinate with Regional Managers to regularly survey competitors, markets, customer opinions to change and adjust the menu in the best way, to meet customer needs, increase sales for the franchise chain of coffee shops with the King Coffee brand system.
- Reviewing proposals on Marketing, budget, sales targets, and organizing the implementation at the franchise chain of coffee shops with the King Coffee brand system, ensuring the highest efficiency in the franchise chain of coffee shops with the King Coffee brand system.
- Always manage, control, and maintain the image and brand of the franchise chain of coffee shops with the King Coffee brand system in the best condition.
