Mô tả công việc
Being the primary point of contact with international distribution partners and build sustainable, long-term, fruitful relationships with assigned partners.
Understanding the business objectives, challenges, and requirements of partners, and facilitating problem resolution to meet business goals
Responsible for driving growth and growing revenue in International markets
Regularly communicating with partners via email / online conferencing
Build sales channel & trade marketing plan (GTM) for each market, and working with partners to execute, track, co-manage on a weekly basis.
Responsible to create listing plans for offline sales channels and track partner's execution
Demand work between Goody Group's internal departments and partner teams to ensure important tasks are completed on time
Managing and tracking the A&P Budget of partners
Providing training to distributors about Goody Group's brand and products
Review sell-in and sell-out data to analyze movement of goods in international sales channels
Responsible for tracking monthly inventory & rolling quarterly stock forecast of international distribution partners.
Manage Purchase Orders, payment and lead time
Onboard new potential distributors and coordinate labels, regulation requirements to ensure seamless importation process
Preparing regular reports on international markets' partner performance, revenue, and status

Yêu cầu công việc
The International Account Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade, FMCG industry & distribution models
Have 2-3+ years experience in FMCG sales, international sales, account management, trade marketing or marketing
Ability to work independently, eager to learn, able to work under pressure and manage time well
Fluent in spoken and written English, (Korean - Japanese - Mandarin is a plus)
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, problem solving, project management skills
Out-going, exceptional people person
Good Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
Hardworking and self-accountable
Have 2-3+ years experience in FMCG sales, international sales, account management, trade marketing or marketing
Ability to work independently, eager to learn, able to work under pressure and manage time well
Fluent in spoken and written English, (Korean - Japanese - Mandarin is a plus)
