International Customer Service Staff

A. To handle Freight Forwarding (Sea/Air Export/Import)
B. To handle Contract Logistics Jobs (Customs Clearance, Warehouse, Bonded Warehouse, Free House Delivery...), check H/S code.
C. Other tasks requested by manager
* Detailed job for Freight Forwarding:
Import:
• Receive document from oversea;
• Submit e-manifest to customs;
• Receive A/N from Airline, Carrier then issue A/N, D/N to customer;
• Make payment to Carrier;
• Pick up D/O from Carrier (if any);
• Receive payment from customer and release D/O to customer;
• To handle customs clearance and import handling service based on trade term;
• Other tasks requested by manager
Export:
• Receive booking order from customer;
• Get booking confirmation from carrier and release to customer;
• Do export customs clearance and pick up for export based on trade term;
• Issue document (BL, Cargo manifest, D/N) to customer, etc...;
• Submit S/I, file AFR, AMS (if any);
• Check D/N from carrier and make payment to carrier;
• Other tasks requested by manager
* * Detailed job for Contract Logistics:
• Receive document from customer, do customs clearance and delivery as customer's request.
• Check HS code and consult to customer (if needed);
• Other tasks requested by manager
• Warehouse/Bonded Warehouse: same as details job for import + arrange shipment to BWH-IN and BWH-OUT; inventory check.
