INTERNATIONAL E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST (FULL-TIME)

ABOUT THE ROLE
Own the end-to-end performance of CHAUTFIFTH's online sales platforms across international markets, primarily Singapore, Malaysia and other Southeast Asian markets. This is a hands-on commercial role covering platform operations, international campaign execution, livestream management, dealer/distributor coordination and performance reporting. The role suits someone who is commercially driven, fluent in English and comfortable managing multiple markets independently.

Reports to: Ecommerce Lead / International Business Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Platform operations and listing management
Set up, optimise and maintain product listings on Shopee SG/MY, TikTok Shop SG/MY and Shopify (global).
Ensure listing accuracy, visual consistency and SEO-aligned content tailored to each market and language.
Coordinate market-specific thumbnails, banners and A+ content with Graphic Design and Content teams.
Monitor account health, platform ratings and seller-account compliance.
Promotions and campaign execution
Plan and execute flash sales, vouchers, bundles and mega-campaign registrations (9.9, 11.11, year-end and local holidays).
Coordinate campaign participation, creative assets and internal timelines.
Adapt promotional mechanics to local market behaviour and buying patterns.
Monitor performance in real time and adjust campaign levers to meet targets.
International livestream management
Plan and manage TikTok Shop and Shopee Live sessions for international markets.
Brief in-house hosts and external KOCs/creators; ensure sessions are market-appropriate and delivered in English.
Coordinate assets, product selection and scripts; collaborate with Marketing on product hooks and content angles.
Track GMV, orders, peak viewers and conversion rate, then improve formats, product mix and host briefs.
Dealer and distributor management
Identify, onboard and manage authorised dealers and distributors in target markets.
Coordinate in English on pricing, product availability, order fulfilment and brand guidelines.
Support partner campaigns, stock planning and sell-through reviews; monitor performance and take corrective action.
Support dealer agreements, pricing structures and operating procedures for international distribution.
Performance, inventory and customer experience
Own dashboards for GMV, orders, conversion rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS and return rate by platform, market and SKU.
Review performance, competitor pricing and marketplace changes; propose data-backed improvements.
Coordinate stock, replenishment and fulfilment timelines with Warehouse; resolve SLA issues and platform disputes.
Keep seller-account data accurate and work with Customer Service on reviews, ratings and buyer inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years' experience in marketplace and/or D2C e-commerce operations; international market experience is strongly preferred.
Hands-on familiarity with Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop and Shopify or similar platforms; international seller-account experience is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken English is required for international communications, partner coordination and reporting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret platform data and act independently.
Understanding of international marketplace SEO and listing optimisation.
Experience with international dealers, distributors or B2B partners is a plus.
Experience planning or managing international livestreams is a significant advantage.
Basic design literacy; able to brief creative teams clearly or make light asset edits.
Detail-oriented, proactive and commercially driven; able to manage several platforms and markets accurately.
Fashion or lifestyle brand experience is a plus.

Gross monthly salary: negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
