Mô tả công việc
1. Business Strategy Development:
Conduct market research and analysis, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive factors, to build an appropriate business strategy.
Develop overall business strategies with short-term and long-term goals to ensure production and sales targets are achieved in line with company leadership's direction.
2. Sales Channel Development & Expansion:
Build and implement sales channel development plans for the company's products (mostly Processed Fruit Products - puree/concentrates), develop international and domestic B2B markets (mostly international market).
Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with existing customers and potential partners.
Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand image and expand business opportunities.
3. Sales Team Building & Development:
Recruit, train, and develop a professional, dynamic sales team capable of executing business strategies.
Develop KPI systems for each team member, monitor and evaluate performance to ensure business objectives are met.
4. Business Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze business data, providing improvement proposals to increase operational efficiency.
Prepare periodic business performance reports and key metrics for the CEO and Chairman.
5. Export Operations Efficiency:
Ensure export processes comply fully with legal requirements and international standards.
Work closely with relevant departments (R&D, Production, Quality, Logistics, etc.) to guarantee product quality and compliance throughout the export chain.
Track and update new export regulations and requirements to ensure smooth and effective export operations.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the international and domestic processed fruit industry (puree/concentrates), with proven success in this field.
Extensive network in the B2B food industry, including major domestic and international partners.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in building and managing an effective sales team.
