Regularly assess KPIs to maintain high productivity and profitability.
Meet sales targets and financial goals for the country.
Manage account receivables carefully to ensure timely payment collection.
Build and maintain relationships with both the international team and clients.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve goals, creating a culture of high performance.
Recognize and develop team talent by offering mentorship, training, and career development.
Support the team's growth by fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
Yêu cầu
Gender: Male/Female; 35-45 years old.
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
7-8 years of experience as the same position in Freight Forwarding industry, specializing in Air and Sea freight operations.
Fluent in English.
