As an International Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our market penetration and revenue growth across the Americas, specializing in medical gloves and related PPE products. Your key responsibilities include:
+ Market Expansion: Strategically develop and expand the American market, targeting B2B segments including OEM, corporate accounts, and major distributors.
+ Account Management: Cultivate, manage, and consult a diverse portfolio of international clients to consistently meet and exceed sales volume targets.
+ Market & Cultural Intelligence: Deeply understand American corporate culture to align product offerings with client expectations. Map out client procurement workflows, identifying key decision-makers, buyers, and end-users.
+ Customer-Centric Consulting: Capture and analyze client needs regarding product specifications (pricing, quality, packaging, branding) and logistics services (shipping methods and international payment terms).
+ Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research on competitors' strengths and weaknesses to continuously sharpen S&S Glove's competitive edge.
+ Tailored Sales Strategies: Formulate and execute bespoke, data-driven sales proposals for key accounts
+ Business Trip: Ability to travel for exhibition and visiting customers.
+ Reporting: Deliver periodic, insightful sales reports and forecasts to the Management.
Yêu cầu
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.
+ High level of integrity, compliance, collaboration, proactivity, and strong commitment to sustainable growth.
+ Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in English.
+ Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of international trade, Incoterms, and global payment methods.
+ Preferred Background: Proven experience in OEM sales within the medical devices, consumables, industrial supplies, or highly competitive B2B manufacturing sectors is a major plus.
+ Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work flexible hours to align with Western time zones when required.
