Mô tả công việc
• Develop sales strategies and plans for each film to maximize revenue.
• Identify and approach new clients and explore potential markets in different regions.
• Prepare for and participate in film markets to promote sales and expand networks.
• Send film lists and negotiate deals with clients.
• Draft, review, and finalize contracts with clients to ensure smooth transactions.
• Submit localization order forms to the lab for processing.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for contract execution and payment documentation.
• Follow up on payments to ensure timely collection.
• Review and approve localized materials to maintain quality before finalization by the lab.
• Request P&A (Print & Advertising) and cinema distribution plans from clients.
• Collect and track box office updates and statement reports from clients.
• Update and maintain the sales record database for accurate tracking and reporting.
Yêu cầu
1. Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Film Studies, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in film distribution, international sales, or content licensing. (optional)
• Strong understanding of the global film market, distribution strategies, and revenue models.
2. Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure licensing deals with international clients.
• Strong networking abilities to build and maintain relationships with broadcasters, platforms, and distributors.
• Ability to analyze market trends and sales data to identify business opportunities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple deals and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus.
