Mô tả công việc
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish individual sales plans by month, quarter, and year to achieve the overall business targets of the International Sales Department.
- Seek international clients and projects, build a customer base through reputable industry partners and credible information channels.
- Develop international work plans to conduct on-site surveys and evaluate projects and clients.
- Foster and develop customer relationships during the bidding phase, consult with management peers on bidding strategies for each project.
- Act as the liaison coordinating departments to compile bid documents, ensuring content and quality meet requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain relationships and care for customers, propose regular customer care ideas throughout the year.
- Perform tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduated from universities in fields such as Business/ Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Administration.
- Fluent in English with proficiency in all four skills, equivalent to an IELTS score of 6.0.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Sharp in evaluating situations and personnel.
- Proficient in research, task execution, and problem-solving.
- Passion for mobility and high initiative in tasks.
