Job Description
· Developing and executing sales strategies and plans for your assigned territory
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
· Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and leads
· Negotiating contracts and closing deals
· Providing excellent customer service and support
· Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
· Reporting on sales performance and market trends
· Collaborating with other sales managers and cross-functional teams
Required working experience
· At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the Outdoor Furniture sector
· A background working in a high-end furniture design & manufacturing company, prefer candidate with experience in Outdoor furniture.
Required Languages:
· Fluent in English
Required knowledge and skills
· Willing to travel regularly to Europe, to visit existing and future clients
· Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
· A customer-oriented and results-driven mindset
· A high level of initiative, self-motivation and accountability
Proficiency in MS EXCEL
