YUJIN VINA Co., Ltd specializes in manufacturing cutlery such as spoons, forks, and knives for European and American brands and handbag metal accessories for luxury brands. The company has been in operation for more than 20 years with three factories in Thu Duc and one new factory in Long An focusing on automation. ***YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Manage sales staff to achieve growth and sales goals
Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the business
Support and monitor the implementation of the business plan. Reporting on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before the Board of Directors.
Building and developing customer system:
Seek and develop relationships with customers and partners in the field of business activities
Taking care of and building a mechanism for customers to increase inbound leads and maintain revenue
Build and optimize the sales process from planning to closing sales
Responsible for recruiting, allocating targets, training and monitoring sales staff performance

Identify potential markets and market fluctuations; at the same time always update the situation of competitors and new products.

University degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Having experience in the position of Sales Team Leader, Sales Director or similar positions, having achievements and regularly meeting/exceeding sales
Fluent in business English
Proficient in communication, presentation and influence skills at all levels of organization
Being sensitive to business opportunities, having in-depth industry and product knowledge
Ability to self-motivate, set specific goals and focus on achieving them
Be open-minded, willing to learn, receive feedback
Commercial sales experience preferred
