[Internship] Trade Marketing Intern

We are seeking a dynamic Trade marketing specialist to join our team and contribute to the visual appeal and effective product presentation of our retail store and organize the coffee talks (product training activities). As a Trade marketing specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience and driving sales through creative and strategic merchandising, and support for workshop and coffee talks training.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the store management and marketing teams to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand's image and goals.
Create visually captivating displays that showcase products in an appealing and organized manner, attracting customer attention and driving sales.
Regularly update and rearrange displays to maintain a fresh and exciting shopping environment, while ensuring that all products are well-stocked and neatly presented.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the visting shop to restock merchandise as needed, minimizing out-of-stock situations.
Ensure that all visual merchandising complies with the store's safety and cleanliness standards.
Train store staff on visual merchandising techniques and guidelines to ensure consistent implementation across the store.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the necessary display materials, props, and signage.
Working Conditions:
