Mô tả công việc
Monitor SAP document on stock movements for both direct and consignment stocks at warehouses and stores, solve any error immediately
Create master merchandise data in a correct and timely manner
Regular checking and monitoring on Goods in Transit (GIT) status in SAP, ensure no long outstanding GIT
Perform manual Good Receiving in SAP (as necessary)
Communicate with Store team for document and filling as per company policy and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) requirement.
Coordinate and perform full process on monthly stock-take including support physical inventory (PI), process data in SAP, reconcile PI result and final report.
Control inventory monthly closing and perform ad hoc tasks as per management request
Yêu cầu
Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Min. 2 years of experience.
Good practice in Microsoft Excel, experience in SAP is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, overtime and flexible .
Thorough and well-organized, manage timeline.
Intermediate English communication.
Able & willing to within Vietnam.
