Inventory & Systems Supervisor / Giám Sát Hệ Thống

Position Overview:
Seking a highly organized and experienced Inventory and Systems Supervisor to oversee stock management, order tracking, and inventory data entry. This role will ensure that our inventory is accurately tracked and aligned with the needs of the store, maintaining smooth coordination across various departments and ensuring our products meet quality standards. Candidates should have a background in fashion and garment production, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Key Responsibilities:
Order and Stock Tracking
Place orders for fabrics and materials required for production, ensuring all items meet quality and price specifications.
Coordinate and monitor each stage of the production process, from order initiation to the final product.
Track incoming orders, ensuring timely and complete delivery of raw materials and supplies.
Vendor and Pricing Management
Evaluate and negotiate prices for subcontracting and raw materials to achieve cost-effectiveness.
Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring all materials meet company standards and requirements.
Sample Management
Arrange materials for sample production, monitor the sampling process, and verify that samples meet design and quality expectations.
Review sample feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to make necessary adjustments.
Production Documentation
Prepare and manage production documentation, including order details, material specifications, and technical data.
Ensure that all production documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible for relevant team members.
Quality Control
Inspect finished products upon receipt, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and address any quality issues, working with production teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
Inventory and Data Management
Accurately enter inventory and stock levels into the sales system, ensuring product availability aligns with store demand.
Monitor inventory trends, flagging potential shortages or surpluses and recommending actions to address them.
Coordinate with store teams to manage product distribution and restocking schedules.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and production departments to ensure alignment on inventory needs and product availability.
Provide regular reports on stock status, order progress, and inventory performance to management.
Additional Tasks
Undertake any other tasks related to inventory and production as assigned by management to support business operations.
